JAR TESTS
Our field experts can determine the optimum combinations of coagulants and flocculants (Polyelectrolytes) by performing a ‘Jar Test’ at the customer’s site.
We can replicate plant like conditions and suggest the most economical use of Polyelectrolyte.
MEMBRANE AUTOPSY
RO Membrane get choked over years of usage. Common culprits include scale forming salts such as salts of Calcium and Magnesium and Biofoulants. We can take choked membranes from customers’ site and perform more than thirty two tests to determine optimum RO Antiscalants formulations and dosing regimens.
PLANT TRIAL WITH RO ANTISCALANTS
Our team of experts can conduct on site trials of RO antiscalants. We observe a range of parameters such as, changes in pressure drop and increase in the flow rate.
